One of my goals when planning the trip to England was to dispel the notion that food in England was mediocre. I wanted to make sure that I had a gastronomic experience, and visit some Michelin star restaurants and world renowned bars. In searching for those gastronomic experiences, I found that sometimes you don’t have to look much farther than your hotel bar.
The bar manager at Lanes of London worked in bars all over the world and brought 20 plus years of experience to their bar program. Not only was the bar staff knowledgeable, they were also passionate about their craft. Because of this, Lanes of London was able to turn the girl who hates gin into a lover of a great gin cocktail!
